Live Wedding & Event Portraits

How it works:

I’ll arrive with my assistant about 30 minutes before your event to set up. Please provide a 6–8 ft table and two chairs. My assistant will take reference photos of guests while I begin painting. Each portrait includes up to 3 guests, and we’ll offer fun pose ideas to inspire unique results.

Once photos are taken, I’ll paint live throughout your event—typically completing 5–6 portraits (couples) per hour. Guests are welcome to watch the process or simply return later to pick up their finished 6x8" watercolor portrait, beautifully packaged in a clear sleeve.

If you’d like more portraits than can be completed live, I can finish the remaining ones in my studio afterward and mail them to you.

Portraits can also be painted remotely in studio. Simply send photos from the event and they can be painted and mailed out as thank you favors!

Booking Details

Minimum booking: 3 hours

Hourly rate: $200/hour

Average output: 5 portraits/hour (≈10 guests)

Includes 30 minutes of complimentary setup and photography time

Open Format

Guests request portraits on a first-come, first-served basis.

Select List

You choose which guests will receive portraits (e.g., wedding party or family). Remaining time can then be open format.

A featured portrait of the couple is always created first and displayed during the event.

Pricing can be flexible—share your budget and I’ll customize a package to fit your needs!

Regardless of desired format, a larger portrait of the wedding couple will be completed first and will be on display for the event.
